The Carmen Fantasy,
Op. 25 by Pablo de Sarasate is a violin fantasy on themes from the opera Carmen
by Bizet. This piece contains an
adaptation of the Aragonaise, Habanera, an interlude, Seguidilla and the Gypsy
Dance.

In this transcription,
it is played by melodica. Melodica is a free-reed instrument similar to pump
organ and harmonica. It has a keyboard on top. It contains excerpts of
Aragonaise, Hebanera, Seguidilla and the Gypsy Dance. It also include two main
themes in the Carmen overture. They are Prelude to Act 1 and Toreador Song.
